Decolonization.
Be Nice To White People, They’re Still Learning Too.
We’re all relatively new to decolonization, decolonize you first!
If you don’t know what decolonization is here’s a great link from Atakohu Middleton, then come back to me, if you’re lucky enough not to be as easily distracted as I …
When it comes to decolonization, there’s still a tendency for indigenous people to get angry at the colonizers, who by the way most likely have Asian or African “descent”.
I think we need to think in terms of today in a human way, we’re all humans, I know some people don’t come off that way while they’re still learning life, but most of us are pretty wholesome and healthy, deep down.
One major issue with western psychology is the extraction of outliers known to be very important for progress.
“Indigenous cultures’ connection to nature makes being human more natural, it’s an organic, intuitive, and dynamic state of being, unrestricted by patterns and expectations, and where elements of surprise are valued and not outliers for extraction”
