Breaching Protection Orders Against Narcissists. Updated.
The benefit of the doubt doesn’t work with narcissists.
Around a year ago my children and I found ourselves back in a situation that took three years of gruelling family court drama to get out of — we let the narcissists back in our lives.
Things started off well and even though I was gently catching all the little leaky drips they caused, those drips ended up creating an ocean of potential trauma and one incident that completely ended it all — my baby’s grandparents, who had only just met them at ages 7 and 8, threw my son on the ground and hit him on more than one occasion.
This is my son’s story:
The kids were returned from their grandparents and I instantly felt something was wrong- a mother knows!
The first sign for me was the way their grandmother was skipping up the driveway, it was so dramatic and false I knew from experience with her son that something very bad had happened.
