I agree. I don't think NPD is on the autism spectrum for the same reasons. I am also worried people with NPD will try to say they're on the autism spectrum to groom and deceive others. Hopefully, the table helps people to distinguish the two. I included a link to Sam Vaknin's review on narcissism and autism to expand on it, though I'm a little wary because he is a diagnosed narcissist. However, it also means he understands narcissism, and fortunately, he separates autism from narcissism.
