When humans can see the bigger picture and mentally drift away from the daily grind of their personal lives, in a sense, they tend to function better.

Our fears and emotions are useless when not harnessed for protection or driving us toward solutions, and mindless chatter can often stifle any peaceful progress.

Social norms marginalize those who do not conform, and such expectations tend to move and vary at such a slow rate that few people gain the retrospect to challenge them.

Having the mental and physical capacity it takes to achieve as much as can be expected in today’s world takes more than many humans can maintain, hence all the excess diet, exercise, lifestyle, and brain marketing.

To clarify, we need to think game theory, game theory, the enteric nervous and HPA systems, and indigenous psychology.
