In a story about aligning our beliefs and values with our daily habits, I very briefly outline a 6 point meditation or mindful practice.

The following expands on step one which is basically an unmasking of all the beliefs and values that you reflect in your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and actions.

It is a deep self-reflection process that seeks the truth in the beliefs and values your currently reflecting compared to those that show your genuine authentic self.

I’m going to follow the process myself to illustrate how it’s done and update my own alignment, fortunately we are learning beings and our beliefs and values can adjust or have new meaning in time.
