Narcissistic abuse is rife throughout family, friend, hobby and workplace groups, sparking over a decade of research and mostly victim’s articles, blogs, books, and retreats.

Personally, narcissistic abuse has benefitted me greatly, long term. I learned more about myself and others than I have from all the good times, and most of all I now have two more beautiful, loving, smart and ‘fun to be around’ children.

On a productivity level, I’ve reinspired my love for psychology and writing, back at Uni aiming for a P.H.D, wrote two books and working on more, three years of articles here and on other platforms, and went back to work in an office long enough to remember I’m better at self-employment, particularly with a family to raise.
